Delivery methods:
I use PostNL for shipping. Envelope packages may vary from padded envelopes to normal ones, depending on the products.
I make sure if there are bendable items to reinforce and overall protect the products against weather.
Netherlands
Up to €20 = Envelope - No Track and Trace for €2.60.
€20 and higher = Package + Track and Trace for €4.25.
EU
Up to €20 = Envelope - No Track and Trace for €4
€20 and higher = Package + Track and Trace for €9.50
Outside EU
Up to €20 = Envelope - No Track and Trace for €6,33
€20 and higher = Package + Track and Trace for €14

Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped from the The Netherlands, international orders may be subject to delivery duties and taxes; these are NOT included in the checkout total.
Customs agencies will notify you of any charges by mail, phone or email before a delivery can be made. The customer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or other charges that arise. If you do not pay these charges, the package will be returned, and if in saleable condition, refunded (minus shipping fees).
Refunds & Returns
Prints/buttons/stickers/keychains - Refunds for damaged or defective items will be considered if proof of the damage/defect can be provided on delivery (maximum 14 days). Refunds for any other reason will be considered if the item is returned and still in a saleable condition, however return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Original paintings – Non-refundable with the exception of damage, which will be considered on an individual basis. If the package is clearly damaged on arrive please take a photo BEFORE opening. A partial refund may be offered in some cases where damage does not affect the integrity of the painting. A full refund for damaged originals will only be considered if the item is returned.
